Bqey is a free iPhone app developed by tokai-rika that aims to solve the challenges associated with company cars through a DX (Digital Transformation) service. This app allows users to handle everything related to company car reservations, including alcohol check records, daily inspection records, operation records, and locking/unlocking car doors, all from a single smartphone. With centralized cloud-based data management, Bqey enables efficient vehicle administration for car managers.
The main features of Bqey include:
- Vehicle Reservations: The user-friendly interface provides a clear overview of reservation status, and instant reservations can be made in just 5 seconds.
- Digital Key: The app serves as a digital key for locking and unlocking cars, eliminating the need for physical keys and their return. This feature also contributes to loss prevention and infection control.
- Daily Inspection, Operation Records, and Alcohol Check Records: All documentation can be completed digitally, contributing to a paperless workflow.
- Integration with Alcohol Checkers: Bqey is compatible with designated alcohol checkers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as the 2022 amendment to road traffic laws. Automatic retrieval of alcohol test results reduces the need for manual input of daily operation records.
